Ride Waiver *

Glinda the Good Bus Waiver of Liability Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement By boarding Glinda the Good Bus, hereinafter referred to as "the Bus," you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that riding the Bus involves inherent risks and potential hazards, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or loss. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all such risks, both known and unknown. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to board and ride the Bus, I, for myself, my heirs, personal representatives, and assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the operators, owners, employees, agents, or any affiliated parties (collectively referred to as "the Releasees") from liability from any and all claims, including the negligence of the Releasees resulting in personal injury, accidents, illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation on the Bus. Indemnification and Hold Harmless: I also agree to indemnify and hold the Releasees harmless from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, arising out of my involvement in riding the Bus and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred. Medical Treatment: I hereby consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary if I am injured or require medical attention during my participation. I understand that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment, medical transportation, and any related expenses. Code of Conduct: I agree to adhere to all rules and instructions provided by the Bus operators and staff. I understand that failure to comply may result in my removal from the Bus without any refund. Alcohol and Substance Use: If alcohol consumption is permitted, I agree to do so responsibly. I acknowledge that excessive intoxication is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the Bus. I assume all risks associated with the consumption of substances and release the Releasees from any liability arising from my actions. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings at all times. The Releasees are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Photographic Release: I grant permission to the Bus operators to use any photographs, video recordings, or other media taken during my participation for promotional purposes without compensation or further notice.

I have read this waiver of liability, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the agreement freely and voluntarily and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
